Something to know: if the UK national insurance backed pension is part of your future financial planning, it's value is frozen to the time of exit, if you exit to some non bilateral economies which include Australia. No triple lock.

Also: it's still worth having, a gilt backed annuity and you can pay class 2 NIC from overseas to get your 35 years, or as close as possible if you missed some and can access limited backdating.

You’re committing a crime if you dare to ask to work remotely or even try to negotiate a fair salary.

Having to commute to the office is a problem.

Meanwhile it’s ok to replace people by “AI Agents” that live in the cloud. Go figure.
