The battery powered scooter bike world has some risks when it comes to speed and devices that can get up to motorcycle speeds.

A friend of mine's spouse went for a walk one day and woke up several days later in a hospital. Police say debris found at the scene indicate she was struck by an electric bike. Cameras not far caught one going at a very high rate of speed seemed to be missing pieces found at the scene just before and after they think they were hit.
