I just thought "library" would be meant in the software development sense.

Imagine, the Universal Library, interconnecting everything with everything else. Every API becomes compatible with every other API. All library formats ever become compatible, including all communication between different machines. Across programming languages, across programming paradigms. No incompatibilities ever again. Woah.
