I have not submitted this article... I submitted https://hackaday.com/2025/06/10/is-the-atomic-outboard-an-id... , "Is The Atomic Outboard An Idea Whose Time Has Come?", which discusses the general idea also in view of environmental goals.

The article which is now presented as submission is linked by the one I proposed.

More openly, there has been an "improper attribution of speech": my intention was towards the suggestion about the use of similar technologies for civilian use, whereas the linked (replacement) article is criticism towards a specific implementation for military use.

The submission as it is now is "not what I meant"...
