Tooka is a command-line tool that lets you organize files using declarative YAML rules. You can move, rename, copy, or delete files based on conditions like name patterns, extensions, dates, size, or even EXIF metadata. It’s cross-platform, written in Rust, and includes a --dry-run mode for safety. There’s also a simple web-based rule builder to help generate YAML configs without needing to write them manually.

I built Tooka to replace messy file-sorting scripts with something reusable, portable, and clear. Feedback welcome—especially around rule design and real-world use cases.
