If you can find a podcast or history on this, you should listen, it's a cool story, but one of the things that was funny about the story is that Brian is actually one of the worst rated players in the league, which is why so many people gave him shit, but his point was like sure, I'm one of the worst rated players in the NBA, but I'm one of the worst rated players in the same league as LeBron. And just having to keep up with people like Lebron gives you experience you don't get anywhere else in the world.
