I started looking at this site thinking it was some ambitious dystopian scifi ARG content. But after checking it out for a bit (and watching the insane intro video), it seems like it's just some really ambitious dystopianism.

Residential is going to be a toxic clusterfck. Perfect for anyone who doesn't spend time outdoors on their own property and has no children.

I actually can't tell if this is a wry joke or not. The renderings are 1000 times worse than any Soviet apartment block.

If this is serious, the person who wrote it needs to drop everything and fly to an actual city, to gain some perspective. And/or speak to any humans for the first time in their life.
