this is old news to me! I've known this from about ~15 years now...
And to think people need to lie and create stories with the sole purpose of shaming the church when it actually has true stories like this! (it was other times, nonetheless!)
it just shows the level of culture of those who create the lies...
(do notice, however, that wikipedia is a terrible source for history! Very biased in general. better to redirect to brittanica (E.g.: https://www.britannica.com/topic/Cadaver-Synod ) or other trustful source)
