The term you may be looking for is "gamification" - Duolingo uses gamification to encourage progress on learning a language, you are using it for encouraging staying focus on tasks. But if you say this is like Duolingo, people are going to think it is about learning languages and your marketing is going to be confusing.

I was hoping this was an app that forced you to learn languages before opening instagram. Doesn’t seem to be the case at all, in which case I’m not sure why this is titled “Duolingo for screen time”.

Instead this looks like a clone of any of the many screentime apps, with similar egregious pricing.
