I make 6 figures, the last 6 months i had to downgrade my+wife insurance 2 tiers just to stay around the same premium (still hundreds more, and still more than my mortgage with taxes and insurance) most daily expenses cost what feels like at least 50% more, and jobs are dwindling at lightning speed, my 17 yo can't even pick up a basic job (1 adult seems to be working most places where there used to be 5 teens and they're always overwhelmed and highly underpaid). it's friggin bleak here. a revolutionary change will need to happen if anything is ever going to get better for anyone that isn't already rich.
