Parahelp is building AI-native support infrastructure for fast-growing software companies. We’re hiring our first Account Executive to own full-cycle sales and help build our go-to-market from scratch.
You’ll:
Identify and reach out to ideal customers (software companies)
Understand their support workflows deeply
Partner with our forward-deployed engineers to run technical demos and pilots
Close deals and shape how we sell as we scale
You are:
A closer with 3+ years in full-cycle sales at a high-growth startup
Comfortable selling technical products or working closely with engineers
Curious, fast-moving, and eager to build from zero
Already using AI tools in your workflow
Comp: $130–160K base + commission + equity (0.3–0.7%) Other: No visa sponsorship; remote-friendly (US only); direct access to founders
