The Old Way of Interviews Is Dead: Why One-Way Video Interviews Are the Future

Traditional interviews are inefficient, slow, and often biased. One-way video interviews are changing the game — they’re faster, fairer, and built for a remote-first world. I break down why this hiring model is gaining traction and how companies are using it to improve both candidate experience and recruiter productivity.

Would love to hear what others think — is this the end of live first-round interviews?

Your link is just to the landing page which has none of that, and thus just the submission looks like a straight ad run.

Perhaps you meant to submit a blog post or similar? The approach sounds interesting, so I'd be interested in reading more about than the simple three bullet points presented on the landing page.

In the Reddit job forums, one-way video interviews are only talked about with disdain.
