When your company shuts off emails, or makes it hard for people to report abusive ads or starts canning emails complaining about repetitive ads, think of your attitude towards those you are advertising to.
I advise you to shut this effort down, abjure all advertising related work, and live a life of quiet penitence. Try to atone for your sins. Perhaps God will forgive you.
