We built inov-AI to help SaaS teams stop drowning in user feedback chaos

Hi HN,

After 2+ months of building and learning (and a lot of pivots), we’re launching inov-ai ( https://inov-ai.tech) a tool to help product and growth teams finally get clarity from customer feedback.

The problem we saw: Every team collects feedback but it’s spread across Intercom, forms, emails, Slack threads, and support tickets. Most of it never gets reviewed, and when it does, it’s hard to make sense of it all.

So we built something we wanted for ourselves:

Lightweight feedback widgets you can drop into your app or site

AI-powered tagging and summarization, so feedback is automatically organized by theme, sentiment, and urgency

A feedback hub where you can search, prioritize, and even chat with your feedback through a bot we call Airi (e.g., “What’s frustrating users the most this week?”)

Our goal: reduce the manual mess of sorting feedback and help teams focus on what really matters —actual customer signals.

This was born from our own pain: we were constantly getting suggestions and reports but had no system to act on them. We wanted to build something useful, especially for smaller teams who don’t have a dedicated research or insights team.

We’d love your feedback on what we’ve built and whether this would fit into your team’s workflow. There’s a free trial, and we’re happy to extend it for HN folks if you’d like to kick the tires and help shape what’s next: https://inov-ai.tech

Thanks for reading and happy to answer any questions.
