I built a small product where you can send someone a real postcard, and when they scan the QR code, it opens a browser-based game created from their photo.

There are a few game styles:

- A tile puzzle

- A retro 8-bit arcade game (with the person as the pixel character)

- A spot-the-difference game with subtle image edits

The games are handcrafted for each order and optimized for mobile. This was a fun side project combining some lightweight game design with personalized gift-giving.
