This is pretty much just an ad/review of the phone with an absolutely nonsense title.
I genuinely have no clue what the author intended that title to imply, but the body of the article is about how most/all components can be replaced with nothing but a screwdriver.

Still awkward to turn that into the headline when it’s such a minor part of the review. The article was “translated with technical assistance and editorially reviewed”, but it’s just as off in the original. Maybe headline chosen by an editor, not the author?
