How not to lose your job to AI

Many will lose their jobs if they don't start learning to use AI now. I know so many people in tech over 40 that can't be bothered to even get familiar with the basics.

In fairness, even if genAI really is the future of software development, there will be a demand for traditional software development for many years to come. Much like there's still a demand for COBOL devs.

People over 40 now will likely have employment opportunities for the rest of their career even if they never learn to leverage genAI tools.
