Attitude, Emotions and Skill Learning

2•2r1in•5mo ago
Every emotion stems out of your attitude, if your attitude is good and progressive you aren't worried about the outcome you simply do certain task because you have to do it. Feelings and emotions arise based upon your attitude towards a certain situation. For e.g. if you are learning a skill and your attitude is positive and look forward to it, and while you do that, your focus should be on elating feelings, when small achievements and progress is made towards learning it. If your attitude is negative you would find all the bad feeling and emotions towards giving up learning a particular skill.

Control your attitude over controlling your feeling or suppressing emotions. This would help you in long run and you would see great results in everything you do.

There is a level of effort required to build the attitude, work on it and you would feel the difference. One e.g. to look at would be getting a job, if your attitude is negative and you feel a burden of getting a job for yourself then you would keep doing wrong things in right time.

If your attitude towards finding a job is positive and you feel that you would certainly get a job , then all right things would happen on right time. It's all about attitude! Even if you don't get a job after appearing an interview you still believe that you are going to get a better job than the one you applied for! That's attitude.

Have good energy levels, eat well, sleep well exercise well, take care of yourself. You need to have a good focus upon building yourself and your attitude only then results would be the way you want them to be. Nobody would help you unless you do yourself for you. So next time you have a situation look at what is the attitude you are carrying with you for the event.

While you are learning a skill we would recommend you reading about a blog post we have "Mastering a skill"
