Built a tool to help SaaS teams use their customer feedback

I’ve been building https://inov-ai.tech, a tool for SaaS teams to make sense of customer feedback centralizing it, tagging it, and turning it into something teams can actually use to make product decisions.

The product works, and recently I’ve started getting users and even paying ones. But I’ll be honest the journey is lumpy.

One day you get a great DM from a founder who loves it. The next, it's like shouting into the void. Product Hunt didn't go viral. Twitter posts get traction randomly. Some Reddit threads sparked interest. Others got ignored.

To keep myself grounded, I added a Telegram bot to alert me when a new user signs up or the server crashes (yes, that still happens). As a solo founder with limited resources, this stuff matters.

I’m trying to get better at the marketing side reaching the right people, telling the right story, figuring out what resonates without burning out.

If you’ve been through this, I’d genuinely love to hear how you learned to market what you built. What worked? What didn’t? And if you’re curious to try InovAI and give feedback, it’s open to testers.

Thanks for reading I appreciate all the stories I’ve read here that helped along the way.
