Dear Haters Manifesto

A manifesto for those who believe in building over breaking, lifting over judging. Turning haters into helpers, one at a time. Because the world doesn’t need more noise - it needs more light. Join us in rewriting what it means to respond. Example: https://x.com/VincentChan/status/1936127261654368623

I believe that really STRONG people lift others up, while weak people try to cut others down to their level.

Hate and racism are taught, and usually taught by people who use them to manipulate others, often to the other's own disadvantage.

incomingpain•7mo ago
Having a positive approach is good but this is overly simplified. From my religious point of view, buddhist "right speech" or christian "love thy enemy" aligns greatly but isnt appropriate.

There are cases where hate is the correct thing to do. Take Nick Fuentes. You should simply hate on him as much as possible.

Similarly, hacking groups or cybercriminals should be hated on.

Corrupt politicians should be hated on.

Or worse, the situations where people think they are doing something helpful but in reality causing huge amounts of harms. Censorship of online discussions is a great example of this. Extremely more harm comes from the censorship than it ever prevents.
