This thing where each incoming administration prioritizes undoing what the last administration has done is eventually going to cause people to avoid working for/with the government or responding to government incentives. A tax break or a grant are great ways to convince me to start a business but waiting until I depend on them then rugpulling is a great way to make sure that I don't take any other opportunities you offer me.
