The internet routes around damage. This is a good model for a medium to long term solution for dealing with rogue states…. Determine what you need, determine new trade arrangements to get it and do the best you can do to continue. History shows many examples of coalitions facing powers, and Britain made a tradition of it.

Short term pain, maybe, probably probably. But a viable solution.
