Unsurprising result of replacing Federal employees who have experience and expertise with either loyalists who possess neither, or no one. Seeing the U.S. cede its eminence in the area of health science research in the name of cost shifting or god knows what form of anti-intellectualism has taken root, is beyond sad.

Surely all of the research will pick right back up once they finish finding and removing the woke. As far as we know right now it could be hiding anywhere. Better to nuke the United State's scientific and academic communities from orbit, it's the only way to be sure.
