I made Stable Diffusion free for everyone – Web UI, no signup

Hi everyone,

I've built a free and open web interface for Stable Diffusion that lets anyone generate images from text prompts — no sign-up, no paywall. My goal is to make AI image generation accessible to everyone, not just those with expensive GPUs or subscriptions.

Right now, this is just the beginning. If there's enough interest, I plan to expand the project: add more models, scale up the hardware, and support additional AI tools — all free to use.

You can try it out.

If you like the idea, feel free to share the link with friends or anyone who might enjoy playing with AI image generation.

Thanks for checking it out — and if you have feedback, I’d love to hear it!

fragmede•7mo ago
Yeah - how are you paying for this?
potato-peeler•7mo ago
Maybe he gets paid by some company to do their work. Then he diverts whatever he gets to fund projects like this.
itfourall•7mo ago
What do you think? Is the site junk, or is it useful for some people?
itfourall•7mo ago
I will have to add one or two advertising banners but not intrusive just to pay for the electricity.
theGeatZhopa•7mo ago
Just a question. I mean, everything costs money. Hardware. Software. Every-ware and -lectricity.

So how such services are even capable to offer something computehungry _free for everyone_? I mean, ok. One has money. One can do for fun if such a need. But not in such scales of $$$ that assumably are needed. Robin Hood and Pater Pedro giving his last pants as operators - or - where is the catch?

jaggs•7mo ago
Yes indeed. What's the catch?
