My first thought was, do we really have so many people that are so sensitive to too much stimulation that we need to start setting aside special sensory-friendly hours to cater to them? My second thought was, actually that sounds nice, maybe I'm one of them, what are those hours again?

I have sensitive hearing, so I thought I would love their "friendly" hours. I don't. I find them awful, because they didn't replace it with white noise so you just hear all the creaks of the carts, stuff being moved on shelves, dropped, people talking, beeps and boops from the registers, etc. Good idea, poor implementation.
