I'm quite happy about this. I hope Reddit ends up in the garbage heap of history. The users and mods in most subreddits are nothing more than petty children that permaban anyone that disagrees with them politically.

There is a subreddit that was dedicated to bullying a Youtuber, and they ended up committing suicide. Many of the posters that did this removed their comments and they are not going to suffer any consequences.

This is just one example. There are countless examples of the worst types of people on the Internet here.

Earlier r/popular or r/all use to feature subreddits of different types and from different geography.

But currently, it’s only a handful of subs with a certain theme which gets repeatedly featured everytime.

This is bound to create echo chambers if discovery itself is rigged.
