To me, it means that we should be either be

skeptical of evolutionary mechanisms for solving coordination problems (exciting to some but scary to most)

OR

Explore forcing functions that leverage (& fix) bugs in signalling

(Scary to some and exciting to most)

Note the market segmentation strategy in the politically divergent titles for PR vs pub
