And the NY Times continues to miss the forest for the trees. "A.I." isn't doing anything. It's just a tool. People are using these tools to help accelerate the destruction of Democracy that's been going on for at least the last 20 years.
People make the tools. People use the tools. People will always be at the core of everything that's happening because without people, none of this would even exist.

The headline says "AI" but they mostly mean propaganda. ...fake videos of polticians pushing an agenda is overt propaganda.
