Show HN: InvoiceFast – Generate clean invoices in seconds for freelancers

1•skyzouw•7mo ago
Hi HN,

I built InvoiceFast, a minimal tool that helps freelancers generate clean, compliant invoices in seconds without the friction of complex accounting software.

As a freelancer myself, I found it frustrating to spend 15-30 minutes each time creating invoices in Word, Excel, or bloated online tools that distract from actual work. InvoiceFast is designed to let you: • Create and download professional PDF invoices instantly. • Send invoices to clients without unnecessary steps. • Track your invoices easily. • Look more professional while saving hours each month.

It’s a paid tool designed to be fast and simple, allowing freelancers and solo business owners to get paid faster while focusing on their craft.

Would love feedback from HN on: • What features would make invoicing truly seamless for you? • What are your biggest pain points with invoicing right now? • Would integrations (payment links, auto-reminders) make it more useful, or do you prefer simplicity?

You can try it here: https://www.invoicefast.net/

Thanks for checking it out, and I’m here to answer questions and gather your feedback.

Thanks for taking the time to check this out.

I would love to hear from freelancers here: • What do you find most annoying about creating and sending invoices right now? • Do you prefer ultra-simple invoicing tools, or would integrations like payment links and automatic reminders actually save you time? • What small details would make invoicing truly seamless for you?

My goal with InvoiceFast is to help freelancers get paid faster without wasting time on admin, while staying professional with clients.

Happy to answer any questions and open to all feedback to improve this.
