Token That's Useless Is Crypto's Latest Meme Cult

The new token, USELESS, makes Dogecoin look dignified by comparison.

USELESS was launched via LetsBONK.fun, has no utility, no roadmap, and evidently no shame, but it has amassed 12K holders, reaching $23M in peak daily trading volume.

You can't make this stuff up.

PaulHoule•7mo ago
$23m is a lot of money to the average person (me) but in the great scheme of things it isn't that much, that's like $2k per holder which is like what you pay to buy an old car that you can drive away from the lot. Think of what the handle for sports betting is in comparison.
cs702•7mo ago
Compared to what I think the daily trading volume "should" be (approximately $0.00), $23M sure is a lot!
tromp•7mo ago
Except it's not useless.

It's use is to enrich its creators.
