I’m building CeresAI (https://ceresai.xyz), a web-based platform that turns your own WhatsApp/Instagram chat history into a personalized AI companion. We’re just about to open our beta and would love some feedback on:

  * Onboarding & trust: How have you guided first-time users to connect their chat history without feeling uneasy?
  * Early traction: Which channels (Reddit, Hacker News, Twitter, etc.) worked best for you to get those first 100–500 users?
  * Retention hooks: What onboarding features or UX patterns kept people coming back to a new AI service?
