The dataset is tainted, guardrails or not, it’s theft. Unity already perjured itself, admittedly by the mention of “guardrails”. They can’t conceivably put guardrails for all copyrightable works unless they retrain on verifiable public domain only, which in all likelihood will not happen. What they’re actually saying is you can steal from the small but not the mighty who can sue us.
