Kubernetes resource costs often spiral out of control, especially with dynamic workloads. We built a predictive scaling engine using AI to optimize costs without sacrificing performance. This post shares our architecture, real savings, and the gotchas we hit along the way. Would love feedback from folks doing FinOps or running large-scale K8s environments.
