This just went on forever and I quit caring, but he does have a point about the Sally Forth cartoonist not being any good at all at portraying emotion.

I also wonder, is it really plagiarism? What is anyone supposed to say and do when they discover a break-in, cartoon character or not? Nor are there any Sally Forth children worried about the fate of their stuffed tigers. This is the real point of the Calvin and Hobbes panel, and it's not even hinted at in the Sally Forth panel.
