Hey HN! I built an app for customizable rowing & running workouts that guide you over any other audio or video apps.
Problem - Guided workouts force you to listen to their music or have no way to adjust how much the instructor speaks.
Solution - Trellis allows you to toggle “Alerts Only” mode for only essential instructions and change the workout length while you play any music, shows or podcast.
Since we're still early, I'd love to get your feedback on the app and thoughts on guided workouts in general!
