We’re in urgent need of help with our OVH account, which was locked due to a billing issue. The account hosted a non-profit public directory of medical professionals—a community-driven platform helping people find trusted doctors, with thousands of unique comments and contributions from users.
We had also been paying OVH for backups, but it turns out that this was the only backup, and we’ve now lost access to it.
