The Dinah Project, headed by a team of leading legal and gender
experts, was established in response to the Hamas terror attack
on Israel of October 7, 2023. Through the multi-disciplinary
knowledge and skills of its members, the Dinah Project has
become the leading resource for recognition and justice for the
victims of Conflict Related Sexual Violence (CRSV) on October
7 and subsequently. Operating under the auspices of the Ruth
and Emanuel Rackman Center for the Advancement of Women
at Bar-Ilan University, the project aims to reshape the discourse
on CRSV, by taking October 7 as a catalyst to develop
groundbreaking tools and strategies that combat denialism and
ensure accountability in CRSV cases worldwide.
