if agi is possible i think...

1. be called skynet.exe. 2. have `while(true)` somewhere. 3. at least one dictionary. 4. at least one foreach loop. 5. under 100 lines in most languages. 6. understand time as tokens

is more likely than a million line code base written by a team over several years.

you can always just make a more powerful skynet if more code makes it more intelligent.

you can't say the same if you go the opposite way, you reach minimum state beyond which you can no longer reduce the software.

i think this means if skynet is possible it's on the opposite end of what most people imagine, not more complex code, but something very small that can learn like human but never forget what it learns.
