Each day you resist your addiction, you earn XP and build a visible streak, helping you track small wins that add up over time. The idea came from struggling to quit bad habits myself and realizing that seeing progress, even in a simple form, made it easier to stay consistent.
The app is distraction-free and focused on giving users a clear sense of progress. It’s currently live, and I’m looking to get feedback on:
– Whether XP/streak systems actually help you stay consistent – Pricing strategies for this kind of tool – Any ideas on channels to reach people who need this
You can try it here: https://www.stopaddict.net
I’d love your honest thoughts, whether it’s on the concept, UX, or ways to improve so it truly helps people quit.
Thanks for your time!

I’m curious for those who have tried quitting an addiction: what helped you the most? Was it seeing progress, having accountability, or something else?
My goal with StopAddict is to keep it minimal and genuinely useful, but I know gamification doesn’t help everyone. If you have thoughts on what would actually help people quit, I’d love to learn so I can improve it.
