You could have something solid under the surface but the lack of demo video on your YT is a major red flag. The setup video for Google Ads/Website setup is a good sign the system has substance so I think the lack of a demo is just an oversight, not an actual indicator that there's nothing there.

Overall the product sounds really enticing, but I'd want to see more of it in action and what the typical workflow looks like before I paid anything to test it out on a client's account.

Right now a con artist could put the exact same content out there to get $99 from a few suckers. Your site needs to show your investment outweighs the possibility of it being a scam in order to reassure early adopters and maximise uptake. Otherwise you'll just get naïve people signing up and they won't be the best brand ambassadors.
