ROTTA-rs is a deep learning library in Rust focused on simplifying AI model creation. ROTTA-rs has now released version 0.0.5, adding many features, including: - RMSProp - Adam - Batch Norm - Layer Norm - and new additional features for creating tensors, mean, and simplifying tensor slicing.

Version 0.0.5 also adds Dataset and DataHandler to simplify data manipulation, such as shuffling and splitting input into batches.
