Where are the DocuSign 2.0 Startups?

I searched through the last couple of YC batches and couldn’t find any companies publicly building on this theme. Perhaps they are still in stealth mode?

We weren’t accepted, but are still building it anyway!

What I'm wondering about is if these startups are hitting the PKI, security infrastructure or compliance challenges that we solved a couple years ago. This stuff takes time and can't be done in 90 days. As I always say, e-sign is more than e-sign.

Curious: - Has anyone seen startups doing this (YC or otherwise)? - Is everyone still in stealth? - Or is this one of those RFS ideas that just hasn't taken off?

Would love to hear thoughts from other builders, YC alumni, or anyone working on document problems.
