When it comes to feature set I think raindrop.io might be the closest one caveat emptor I have never used it, just watched from afar.

Otherwise? I guess you should evaluate what are your consumption habits to understand the least you could get away with. Maybe syncing bookmarks across devices if you're using the same browser could be enough. Maybe sharing or copy pasting links to a messaging app installed on multiple devices is good enough. Do you need an app that downloads and stores the content of a web page for later offline reading in a condensed distraction free format like the Firefox Reader View?

Raindrop is great.
