Why are you editorializing the title to call out Hetzner? Digital Ocean is higher, Azure just a bit lower. I think it's a bit more interesting that the top 10 are less that 25% combined, even with DO, Hetzner, Azure, OVH, GCP, Tencent and Alibaba in the mix.

Sorry this is my first post. Hetzner just felt more interesting to me as they have KYC compared to other providers. They were #1 in the list and they dropped to #3 in this quarter of the year.
