Tetanus is an episode driven illness, like food poisoning. It seems weird to group it with transmitted diseases and then evaluate it that way.

My need for a tetanus booster is tied to what I do. When hurricane relief opportunities came once a decade, I got boosted as needed. Now they're 2x a year and I get boosted regularly.
