We moved off Jira + Confluence after the constant back-and-forth between sprint boards and roadmap docs became unmanageable. Currently, the Monday Dev roadmap is grouped quarterly and linked to sprint tasks on separate boards. That way, we don’t have to duplicate planning artifacts, and the product team can track delivery progress directly from the roadmap view. Anyone else running this setup across separate boards?
