We initially started building an email client called Taurin, but we’ve since pivoted. We decided to focus on something we believe we can build even better.

We’re now building a user feedback platform that connects everything from feedback collection to changelogs, roadmap, documentation, and even a blog into a single, streamlined flow.

This helps teams build alongside their users and reach product-market fit faster.

We’re planning to start beta testing with early sign-ups in early August.

We may introduce paid plans later if we add advanced features like customer support widgets. However, features like Changelog, Feedback, Roadmap, and Docs will remain free within reasonable usage limits, since they don’t cost much to maintain. Custom domains will also be supported.
