One thing which certainly won't make Windows better is proprietary software which has to ensure that it has "No telemetry/spyware/ads".
The best version of Windows is the one Microsoft delivers. If you do not want that, then leave Windows. Making a Frankenstein with proprietary mystery software, is not going to do you any favors.
