the dose makes the poison

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_dose_makes_the_poison

warfarin, in prescribed quantities, allows a patient to contiue life, with minimization of select morbidity. warfarin also has the potential to induce uncontrolled haemorage at doses higher than therepeutic.

many classic drugs are available for use as chemo/bioweapons, the difference is intent. there has to be a titration for intent, and there is when you order chemicals, or reagents, or an odd collection of houseware and cleaning substances due to KYC and SSSS.

how do we do KYC & SSSS with AI prompts and actions.
