Actually, it seems like people are attracted to the aggro because of their annual salary or nationality, but the essence is to analyze what they want to do now.

Nothing much cause no one really agrees (other than publicly) on path forward.

Plus there is usual unternal power and status games where they worry about who is outshining who. And you cant outshine the king or elect a new king. Corporations arent structured for anything thoughful and long term.
